Calben Group is a distinguished name in the construction industry, specialising in carpentry and brickwork services across Kent. From the initial consultation to project completion, we work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.

The story of Calben Group began with a shared vision between Adam Lockyer and Jamie Day, both seasoned carpenters with over 30 years of experience in the new build industry.

Their previous carpentry company had already made a mark, but they aspired to expand and enhance their portfolio. This ambition led to their partnership with Scott Hayward, a brickwork expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. Together, they formed Calben Carpentry Ltd and later integrated Calben Brickwork to create the Calben Group.

Formation and Growth

Since its incorporation in 2021, Calben Group has experienced rapid growth, driven by the founders’ extensive industry knowledge and dedication to quality. Adam and Jamie’s leadership in Calben Carpentry Ltd has seen the company take on multiple live sites, ranging from 80 to 200 units. Meanwhile, Scott’s expertise in Calben Construction has contributed to the successful completion of multi-phase sites, some encompassing up to 450 units.
